You will receive a tracking number to the email provided within 2 business days. Please allow between 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
In case you decide to return the product please submit a return request here. To ship the product back to us please use the pre-paid shipping slip sent to you by email. To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in a usable state and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and Klarna inc. will automatically withdraw the payment request within a certain amount of days.
If the trial period has ended and you did not request a return online or if the returned item is examined and marked as damaged, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a free return.
